These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pk 99 website and all services provided through it. By accessing the site or registering an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the site.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Net Loss" — the difference that arises when total withdrawals are less than total deposits within a given period.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk 99 offers Bangladeshi users the ability to carry out financial transactions through convenient payment methods.

Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit is ৳200 for each method.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be held if account identity verification has not been completed.
• If a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

By claiming a bonus offer on pk 99, the following terms apply automatically:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the ৳1,500 bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash in any form — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If multiple accounts are used to take advantage of a single promotional offer, all related accounts will be cancelled.
• VIP cashback and other rewards are provided under their own terms and are not equivalent to cash.
• The Company reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on pk 99:

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the case of an incomplete bet due to a lost internet connection or device issue, the system log is the basis for the final decision.

7.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final.

7.3 Game Errors and Payouts

If a technical error or incorrect payout occurs in any game, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant transaction. In such cases, the affected user will be refunded the original stake amount.

7.4 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet is lost. If one event is cancelled, that selection is removed from the multi and the total odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk 99 platform:

• Abusing bonus offers or exploiting weaknesses in the system.
• Account hacking, phishing or any fraudulent activity.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Operating games or betting using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of cheating.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

9. VIP and Cashback Program

pk 99's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net loss
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net loss. Example: A Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Users may advance to higher levels based on their play volume and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

10. Responsible Gambling

pk 99 believes that gaming and betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Following our responsible gambling guidelines is important for every user.

• Do not bet beyond your means and avoid placing more bets to recover losses.
• If needed, contact the support team to set a temporary deposit or betting limit on your account.
• If you want to take a break, use the self-exclusion option — request it via live chat.
• Make sure no one under 21 can play games using your device.

11. Service Suspension and Account Closure

In the following circumstances, pk 99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:
